Media used in this revision
The homepage banner reuses the stock microscope video from the previous website on all screen sizes, with its poster image as a static fallback. Playback is muted, looping, and inline; reduced-motion users start with the still. A single Pause/Play button controls playback. The access feature uses the existing microplate still. These stock images and footage do not show the LSBI facility.
Existing LSBI instrument images and staff portraits are retained. The category tiles use photos/lsbi/tensometer.png for physical testing, photos/lsbi/ftir.png for spectroscopy, and photos/lsbi/flim.png for imaging.
The former instrument placeholder, media/lsbi-missing-texture.svg, and the two former banner files, media/lsbi-banner-microscopy-placeholder.svg and media/lsbi-banner-materials-placeholder.svg, remain unused in the repository.

The header uses the local university block logo, photos/branding/tamu-block.svg, unchanged from the reference header mark. All five page footers use the existing Texas A&M Chemistry image, photos/branding/TAMU_CHEM_LOGO_HIGHRES.jpg.
The previously used photos/branding/tamu-wordmark-white.png remains unused in the repository. Its source is the reference footer wordmark.
